Sisters Merna and Manuela, both refugees and new to our Child Sponsorship Program in N. Iraq, came to our backpack distribution in their best dresses because they were so excited to get their new backpacks. Their smiles tell a lot – but mostly they want to tell you “Thank You!”

*Each backpack includes: school uniform, notebooks, pencils, pens, crayons, erasers and other essential supplies. Your gift also covers transportation costs. The backpacks are delivered by local Indigenous Ministries teams in our ministry centers or directly to the homes.
Indigenous Ministries International is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donations are tax-deductible. Donors receive a yearly tax summary statement by January 31 of the following year donations were made.
