Food Relief Reaches More Refugee Families in Iraq

Last month in Northern Iraq, over 60 refugee families received urgently needed food packets through your generous support of the Iraq Relief Fund. These families do not have children and are therefore ineligible to receive help through our Child Sponsorship Program. Your giving helped us fill this gap with tangible hope and provision.

Through our partnerships with trusted local churches, we were also able to distribute heaters and necessary medications. Winter in this region is harsh, and many refugee homes lack insulation or reliable electricity. The provision of heat and medicine means more than comfort—it can save lives.

The families who received this help are among the most vulnerable. Many are widows, elderly, or displaced individuals who fled violence in Syria or other parts of Iraq. While they remain outside the reach of most large-scale aid programs, your gifts made a real and immediate difference.

Every donation to the Iraq Relief Fund is used directly to meet critical needs. We do not keep any portion for administrative overhead. This fund was fully used last month, and we are currently in urgent need of additional gifts to continue responding.
