John W. Cook Memorial | Honoring a Life of Global Impact

Memorial services are being held this month to celebrate the life and legacy of John W. Cook, beloved founder and CEO of Indigenous Ministries. John’s deep love for Christ, his passion for the global Church, and his strong support of refugees and national pastors shaped a ministry that now spans three continents.

The first memorial for John took place in Northern Iraq on April 4. Pastors, staff, and refugee families gathered to remember his visits, teaching, and his vision of hope in the face of hardship.

Next, a second service follows in Minya, Egypt, on April 10. After that, on April 12, Grace Bible College students and faculty in Central India gather to reflect on his decades of leadership and his deep commitment to theological training.

Finally, the U.S. memorial service will take place on April 21 in Monument, Colorado. At this service, family, friends, and ministry partners will come together to thank God for John’s life and global impact. His legacy continues through Indigenous Ministries and the many lives he touched.
