The Kids are Back in Town!

IMG_6897India – With the roof repaired, the last of the holes filled, and plaster refreshed by busy workers, the children are back in our Children’s Home for the new semester which began the last week in June.

We now have a home full of bustling children. Thank you to our generous donors who have helped make the repairs of the roof and walls possible.

Every day these young people receive Bible training and work hard at memorizing passages of Scriptures.

They work hard in school and so after their homework and tutoring each day they play sports and feed the animals; chickens, ducks, geese, dogs and rabbits.

Thank you for impacting these young lives for eternity!

Practical ways you can impact these young lives:

– Pray for the children; if you would like a name and picture of one of these kids you can pray for specifically sent to you please email Sarah at srieger@IndigenousMinistries.org.

– Sponsor a child @ $35/month. You will receive a packet with that child’s photo, bio and ways to communicate with him or her. A Christmas gift in your loved one’s honor? Contact Sarah, email above.

– The interior and exterior walls need fresh paint. Would you care to help buy a bucket of paint or two? $5,368, of the $10,000 is still needed for these and other maintenance issues; any gift you give towards these repairs is greatly appreciated. God bless you.
